Pan-fried duck breast, spiced chili plum sauce & shitake mushrooms.

Oven roasted hake fillet with a crab bisque.
Main
Braised shin of beef, creamed celeriac puree, shallots, stir fried kale & a red wine jus.
Cheese
Local brie homemade hot apricot chutney

Cherry granite & poached cherries.

Chocolate & cardamom soufflé with bitter chocolate sauce.
