You may know Amy and Joe from their delicious creations previously at The Agaric Restaurant or during various “pop up” events that have taken place throughout the town, but now they're excited to announce the opening of their own restaurant; The Old Library, located in the heart of Ashburton, Dartmoor.
They're passionate about supporting their community and creating sensational homemade dishes using high quality ingredients. Therefore they source their ingredients locally and use neighbouring tradesmen; from veg growers like Cuddyford Meadows, Garry and Elise at Country Cheeses to their photographer James Higgin.
